I restarted computer and try downloading driver a couple of more times and still no sound.

Creative made many different versions of this card and they creatibe all use the same drivers. I have the same problem. THe WDM drivers work best, just go into the sound card setup Creative Mixer and make sure you have everything selected properly and lines to your sound system appropriately plugged. If you read the details, you will see that the driver is for specific model numbers.
